Passport Updates...

OMG!!!!! this Stupid Immigration Office is really making me so SICK of them!!!!!

I called them yesterday morning, this time is a lady who talked to me, she asked me when can I make the payment, i asked her back, as long as you approved my application, I can make the payment anytime... again, she asked me to call back in the afternoon and she will get my file out to let her boss sign, according to her, her boss is VERY BUSY and always goes outstation. I am wondering, why do an immigration officer needs to travel so often for his duty? and are there only one person can sign on the documents? I have submitted my case since Feb 15, and dun tell me that the officer has gone outstation since then... I am very very angry and disappointed on this kind of attitude of our government... what kind of service is this? dragging your people's time and trying to hint for extra money? Duh... I felt so sick and so tired to talk to them...

Back to the story, so i did call back in the afternoon again, the same lady talked to me, she asked again the same question, when can i make the payment, this time, i asked her how much i should pay, she told me RM300 for the passport, thats fine, then she told me i must go to their office, then only they will take out my file to let their boss sign, if their boss is not in, they will ask the boss's assistant to sign... what the hell!!! in the end also she never tell me if my application is approve or not!!!! Damn it!!!!!!!

I really wanna know is there any way to lodge a complaint bout this kind of case... i don't understand at all, i accompanied my friend, ChanYong, for his lost of passport case in KL, the Immigration Officer interviewed him on the spot and gave him a card and asked him to go the the Immigration office again after one month and make the payment to get his new passport. See, he doesn't need to call to ensure if his application is approved, he can go to make payment directly and get his passport after one month. Why so much different? WHY????????????????
