Passport Updates

i am very disappointed with Malaysia Immigration!!!!! I supposed to know the result from the Immigration on my passport application, if they approve or reject on my application.... i called them early in the morning at 8am on Monday, as instructed by the officer that i talked with on last Thursday, he then told me that his boss is outstation and will be back on Tuesday, asked me to call back on Tuesday as all the files are inside his boss room... fine, i then called back to the office and thinking of to tell my superior on this issue and hope to get to get back to work in Wednesday, if i can get my passport on Tuesday...

unfortunately, when i called again on Tuesday 815am, the officer told me to call back on next Monday as his boss is still at outstation and will only get back on next Monday... i was so on fire and i scold the man in the phone... i asked him what is the result of their investigation after one month and till now they still can't get me an answer whether they approve on my application.... i am so angry and i cried after i hang up the phone... i am really really hope to get back to work soon... i have not work for more than one month and i feel myself so useless for being so free... and now... i still need to wait for another week to go... with no confirm answer whether i will get the passport or not....

i am so speechless now... really have nothing to say... very disappointed with my own country's government department...
